Virtually every product requires at some point in its life cycle to be identified by one or more unique characteristics that differentiate it from other similar products.
These unique characteristics can be factors such as size, style, shade, price, material, SKU and barcode.
Each product is assigned codes representing each variable, which are then used throughout the product supply chain to track distribution, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with Point-of-Sale systems.

We use secure, on-line transfer and verification processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of your product specific information is maintained throughout your supply chain.
And we offer a range of media options, including self-adhesive labels, price tickets (‘kimbles’) and direct printing onto your printed swing tags in combination with your brand imagery.

Product Options
With a wide variety of base product offerings, we aim to customise your solution to provide the best performance and price effectiveness for your specific application.
The most commonly utilised substrates immago has on offer are as follows:
- Paper based self-adhesive labels
- Synthetic based self-adhesive labels and tags
- Plain or pre-printed swing tags
- Matt & satin based care and content labelling fabrics
- EAS security tags (printed with a dummy or active barcode)

What we need to know
- Label or tag size and finishing requirements
- A layout defining the print location of each piece of variable data
- Confirmation of barcode symbology required
- The data required to be printed, inclusive of barcode data or other variable information required
- The substrate the label or tag is to be applied
- Any special conditions the label or tag is expected to endure (freezers or water for example)
We will discuss with you the full application parameters for your barcoding or variable data requirements. This is to ensure the correct product is aligned to achieve your desired outcome.
Minimum Order Quantities & Lead Times
- Immago provides full on-demand flexibility relative to quantities and data, therefore for printed thermal transfer labels we do not insist on a minimum order
- Allow 2-3 working days for production lead times, from sample
- It is preferred to receive data in an excel spreadsheet or .csv file
Artwork Requirements
For quotation purposes we are able to accept a sketch or a jpeg / bitmap image file.
For production we ideally need the artwork file in either AI, PDF, PSD or EPS format but can accept a high resolution jpeg / bitmap image. Please ensure that all text is created to outlines and Pantone colour references are given.
We have our own internal graphic designer, if you are unable to arrange your own artwork, our artist would be happy to work with you to create the desired designs. A nominal charge will apply for this service.

Minimum Order Quantity & Lead Times
The minimum order quantity for woven labels is just 1,000 pieces. The lead times for production is approximately 7-10 working days after sampling.
