David brings to Immago almost 30 years experience in the label and packaging industries, in a variety of roles covering finance, operations and marketing.
David first joined the group in 1994 as General Manager of the group's NZ based packaging business. He was Group Operations Director from 1999 until 2008, when he was appointed to his current role of Group CEO.
David's strengths are in business strategy, re-engineering and change management. He has been been instrumental in transforming the company into a fully integrated global business, and continues to develop and implement it's long term growth plans.
Away from work, David enjoys reading and travel, spending time with his family, is actively involved in his local church, takes his golf rather more seriously than his handicap would suggest, and spends time coaching and mentoring his daughters football team.
Jennifer joined Immago in 2006 as Business Development Manager, and was appointed Business Manager for Australia in 2011, overseeing all aspects of the Australian business operations.
Jennifer previously held a range of management roles at Optus, Telstra and Australia Post.
Jennifer is passionate about customers and providing exceptional customer experience. Her expertise in partnering at the strategic level, together with her commercial insight, independent thinking and emotional intelligence, enable her to lead competent, results focused teams that are engaged and motivated. She also works with colleagues regionally and globally to deliver best practice locally.
Jennifer has a Diploma of Marketing and Business. When she is not at work she enjoys all aspects of the Arts, Travel and Entertaining.
After several years in the trims supply industry, Bruce joined Immago in 1996 as the inaugural General Manager of the businesses facility in Fiji. After returning to New Zealand in 1999, Bruce later rejoined the company overseeing our New Zealand operation, before taking up the position of Business Manager of our East Asia activities. After spending almost 6 years building our East Asian network, Bruce returned to NZ, and to his current position, late in 2017.
Bruce's main strength is in business development; he has achieved considerable success in securing major brand programs, in developing strong relationships with brand owners, and in developing sometimes complex supply chain solutions.
When not at work, Bruce spends time with his wife exploring the rest of Asia, and keeping an eye on his other passion, harness racing.
Adeshni joined Immago in 1997 as part of our inaugural team in Fiji, working in the businesses production and logistics departments.
In 2000 Adeshni was appointed Production Manager, overseeing the local weaving and printing operation. In 2010 Adeshni became our first 'local' Business Manager in Fiji.
In her time with the business, Adeshni has developed a strong profile in Fiji and the wider Pacific Islands through her dedication to achieving best possible outcomes for our customers.
Away from work, Adeshni enjoys spending time with her family, including her two daughters, reading , sports , travelling and flower gardening. Adeshni is actively involved in a variety of social and community work, including with the Girl Guides and NGO group Soroptimist International.
Dean joined Immago in 2011 as Manager for our NZ based label and packaging businesses, and moved to Hong Kong to head up our East Asia activities (including our facilities in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Vietnam) in late 2017.
Dean has over 15 years of involvement in the labelling, tagging & automatic data capture industries.
Dean enjoys developing solutions that focus on delivering tangible benefits to client companies, and he works closely with our local and international teams to ensure the very best client experiences.
Having studied at the University of Waikato to gain his BMS degree, life since then has involved stints in the corporate world & NZ SME's in positions encompassing sales management to Division Management. This has been combined with extensive travel and an involvement in the world of property development.
When Dean's not trying to keep up with the fast paced activities of his 2 daughters, he enjoys an involvement with motorsport, water sport, skiing & photography.
Scott brings to Immago over 20 years experience in the US fashion market, working with a diverse range of customers across the breadth of the fashion spectrum.
Scott's enjoys the unique challenges each customer presents, and he prides himself on the ability to establish and deliver customised solutions that satisfy each of those challenges.
Scott's approach is solution focused, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless solution that adds real value to their business.
While communication with our team across the various time zones is important, Scott enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 children as often as possible. He also enjoys playing basketball, baseball and golf during his free time.
Thu joined Immago in April 2017 as Country Manager of our facility in Vietnam.
Thu has an in depth product knowledge, and speaks fluent English, in addition to her native Vietnamese.
Away from work , Thu enjoys swimming, traveling, spending time with family and friends and doing charity activities.
